All VIRAGE London jewellery is covered by a 2 year international warranty starting from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any manufacturing or material faults free of charge during this period, not including accidental damage or damage caused by excessive wear or lack of care (visit our FAQ page for instructions as to how to best maintain your jewellery). If your piece is lost, stolen or damaged by a third party, this falls outside of our warranty cover.
Please retain your order confirmation email as this serves as the warranty. In the event that a product is returned and adheres to our warranty following a full quality inspection, a repair will be carried out or replacement product will be issued. If no replacement is available the customer may choose a product of the same or lesser value as their replacement but no cash refund will be made.
